Thur June 26th volunteers (all welcome) - protecting trees from the drought

Next volunteer morning (all welcome!)

The council are dropping off a load of mulch for us to put round the lovely 19 big new trees on French playground planted last autumn. They're posh ones, perhaps about £5000 worth. We'll also water and mulch some others in the area if any is left over. Currently a drought on so it's very important to try and prevent these trees from drying and unfortunately possibly dying.


Great to see anyone who's interested in joining. Fine to come for only part of the session if you're busy.

Free refreshments at half time!


All welcome, no experience or equipment required, everything explained, just need appropriate clothing for the weather. Children very welcome with a supervising guardian adult accompanying them.
