Movement Meditation in the Park

Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Eliza Howell Park from 5:30-7:30 PM in July for an enriching experience as we take time to acknowledge and connect with nature through movement and meditation. Opened to all levels and ages. This is a free event. Donations are welcomed.

Meet us at Shelter 1 past the baseball field and behind the soccer field right off the end of the first parking lot.
