The SBF Games

The SBF Games will be a time to gather together as a community and hang out while going through a series of fitness and ability tests.

The tests will vary, challenging your ability in things like endurance/conditioning (i.e. a 1000 meter row) as well as functionality (i.e. a max dead hang).

These tests are not meant to be a competition against others, but simply a measuring stick of your current fitness ability. It's something we'd like to come back to on an annual or bi-annual basis as a chance to retest and see where you're making improvements over time.

More than the fitness aspect of it, it's an opportunity to get together and share in community. Meet new people, see faces you may not always see, and share in fellowship with fellow gym goers!

Even if you'd like to come and just hang out - not partaking in the fitness aspect - we highly encourage it!
