Monthly Sound Bath

This month's sound bath at Mystic Heart Spiritual Center will be a beautiful mix of sound and connection to our ancestors and loved ones who are now beyond our sight but forever in our heart. Honoring the seasons and this time of year I ask if you feel so moved, to please bring a photo or written name of someone you would like to reach to during the sound bath. Let's take a moment together to remember, listen and celebrate. Bring a yoga mat if you'd like to lay down. Chairs are available to those who wish to sit. If you have a tiny human you'd like to bring, you must rsvp me. 20$ suggested donation for the sound bath. 5$ extra per child. See you there!
