Grill, Sip & Savor open fire grilling class!

Join us for this immersive open fire cooking class brought to you by the Sum of all Smoke, and hosted at Matson Vineyards.

The art of cooking over hot coals is primitive, yet provocative. Gather around the fire pit with a glass of wine as our Flambe' Captian and Pitmaster, Mark, teaches you about the differences between local wood, makes a fire, and grills succulent Filet Mignon.

We will discuss and demonstrate:
The art of cooking over open flame
Which locally sourced woods are best for grilling and flavor
How to create a make-shift grill almost anywhere with almost anything

Your $45 ticket includes:
Glass of Matson Vineyards wine
Pork belly with apple bbq glaze (appetizer)
Open-faced filet steak sandwich over housemade sourdough with onion straws
Crispy lemon and rosemary pommes frites (shoestring fries) with gourmet dippers
Grilled endive served with toasted walnuts, blue cheese, and Roquefort dressing
Brownie truffle stick with Fleur de Sel and a raspberry Grand Marnier dipper
