We have set up the Group Block of rooms you have requested for The Community Candle light Vigil. Please review and let us know if any adjustments are needed as soon as possible.
Details as follows:
Block Name: Community Candle Light Vigil

Arrival: 5/3/25
Departure: 5/6/25
Rates: $129.00 plus tax each night of stay
Total rooms: 20
Room types: DQ/2 Queen beds (10) and DK/1 King bed (10)
Note: 6 of the DQ rooms are available starting 5/3 with the other 4 being added starting 5/4 to total 10 of that room type for the duration thru 5/6..
Cutoff date: After 4/30/25 any remaining unreserved rooms will be released for sale and no longer available at the discounted rate.
At this time we are not allowing online booking of block rooms.
However, if any of your guests can provide a Federal Tribal ID they have the option to contact us for a room outside of this block at a discounted rate as long as we have rooms available.
Guests may call the hotel direct @ 530-245-9500 press 1. To reserve please have guests refer to Block # when making reservation.
We require a valid ID and CC at time of check in. There is also a security deposit @ time of check in per room of $150.
