📣 Welcome, Future Tigers! 6th Grade Orientation is Coming Up! 🐾
We’re excited to welcome our newest Tigers to Parsons Junior High at our 6th Grade Orientation on Friday, August 8! This special day is designed to help students feel confident, connected, and excited about starting junior high.
🗓️ Schedule of Events – August 8
7:50 AM – Student Drop-Off at the Gym
Parents are welcome to come inside and hear a warm welcome from Principal Vierra.
8:00 AM – Parent Meeting in the Cafeteria
After the gym welcome, parents will follow the principal to the cafeteria for a short meeting. After the meeting, parents will head out so students can start making friends and diving into the fun!
8:30–11:30 AM – Student Activities
Students will join our amazing 8th Grade WEB Leaders for games, tours, and team-building designed to get them excited and ready for Parsons!
11:30 AM – Lunch Provided for Students
11:45 AM – Parent Pickup Begins
📝 What to Bring
Nothing but a great attitude and a pair of comfortable shoes, and clothes! No supplies or backpacks needed for this day.
Let’s kick off the year with Tiger spirit, new friendships, and lots of smiles. We can’t wait to meet our newest Tigers and welcome them to the Parsons family! 🔴⚫🐾
