Traditional Yin Yoga for All | Functional, Adaptable 1 Hour | £7.50| Marske

Total beginners, advanced yogis, chair yogis, come one, come all let's get on the mat!

We use a functional method which "...liberates us for being who we are without excuses or unrealistic expectations." -Anat Geiger, so we use our knowledge of anatomy and props to make sure you get the best out of your Yin Yoga class.

We use a traditional approach, our training was delivered by a direct student of Paul and Suzee Grilley who pioneered Yin Yoga in the west.

💌All you need to get started is a yoga mat or beach towel, a yoga strap (or two dressing gown belts tied together etc) and to book on via message or below

There are only 12 spaces per class- so booking is essential.
