Celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, by welcoming the light and honoring this powerful moment of transition. This is a time to connect with our natural gifts and allow our inner light to shine.

This retreat will honor the Summer Solstice with movement practices (gentle and restorative yoga, Qi Gong, slow flow, Yoga Nidra, and Kundalini) alongside meaningful rituals such as meditation, journaling and intention setting.
