This unique class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, empowered, and refreshed. We begin by connecting breath and body with mindful, yoga-inspired movement to ground ourselves. Then, we move into dynamic barre sequences designed to sculpt and tone using small, controlled movements and light resistance.

We close with deep, luxurious yoga stretches to restore balance and promote recovery. You'll walk out feeling longer, stronger, and perfectly centered.

This is the perfect class for all levels, whether you're a yogi, a barre enthusiast, or totally new to both!
