20 Hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training
Training Overview:

Learn age appropriate:
yoga poses
breathing exercises
mindfulness techniques
yoga philosophy
yoga games
class structure
class management

Previous yoga experience is not required. Hours qualify for RYT continuing education credits

When: May 31 + June 1 (10 hours) + July 7 + 8 (10 hours)

Saturday + Sunday 12 - 5pm

Location: Breathing Room Yoga + Psycle
