Juniors (ages 8-16): 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
adults (ages 16+): 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Tuesday is our regular junior and adult skills practice night at the Springbrook Multiplex (3216-22st, Springbrook AB).
This is the night we welcome interested individuals to come to our practice time and space, try on some skates, and try out some roller derby.
The evening focuses on safety and basic skating skills. We teach roller skating and, if an individual pursues with our league, gameplay.
We have skates and safety gear to lend out to get you going for your first few times.
Nuclear Free Roller Derby operates with a monthly dues structure, which gives one access to our venue during practices times and roller derby training. please message us for more information.
Please be prepared to sweat a little (bring a water bottle) and to sign a waiver (juniors please have parent/guardian on hand or prearrange with league at
