Energy Exchange: £25 with the 3 sessions winter journey - £30 drop in

� What You’ll Experience

� Good to Know
Bring: eye mask/pillow; wear cosy, comfy layers (Yoga mat, Head pillow and small blanket provided)
Optional extras: own yoga mat/blanket. Small pillows (for head. + under knees)
Before you come: avoid heavy meals for 2 hours before; consider minimising caffeine that day
Tickets: £25 per session with the 3 sessions winter journey (save £15); £30 drop in with option to upgrade; non-refundable but transferable to a friend if you can’t attend.
Accessibility & Safety: No prior experience needed; if pregnant, sound-sensitive, epileptic, or with metal implants/health concerns, please check with your healthcare provider first. If stairs are a barrier, reach out—we’re working on accessible options.
