✨ The Mom Recharge: A Day for moms by moms ✨

Need a day to connect with other moms or have a solo recharge day? Stop by anytime between 10am and 4pm!

The Mom Recharge — will be a special event created for moms by moms to connect, reset, and feel truly seen. Whether you're coming solo, meeting a friends or bringing your little one, this is your space to unwind, be supported, and celebrate motherhood your way.

🌿 Your base ticket includes:

• Light snacks and a complimentary drink by CincySips upon arrival.

• A chance to bounce on a gorgeous white bounce house provided by Baby Got Bounce with your little one (if you bring them!) or your friends (who says bouncing is just for kids) — and yes, we'll be snapping sweet photos of you with your kids if you would like, because we know you're rarely in the photos with your kids.

• A group motherhood conversation led by licensed counselor Rachael Smith with After the Glow Therapy, topic will be setting boundaries in motherhood without guilt!

• Build your own "calm in a cup" bath bomb to take home.

• Book a spa service to fully recharge! (Pricing will vary based on service and will be charged after your service, limited spots available)

• Shop local mom owned businesses and get to know our community of amazing women chasing their dreams, check out the businesses featured below!

Based in Cincinnati, she’s deeply passionate about maternal mental health and committed to helping women feel supported, seen and empowered. Through her private practice, Rachael supports women through the many transitions of motherhood- because no one should have to navigate this alone.”

Info: About Emily: I'm a nurse practitioner passionate about guiding others towards sustainable weight loss and overall well-being. Having witnessed the impact of neglecting health in my nursing work, I transitioned to health coaching to offer weight loss support with tools that last a lifetime.
