9:00 AM – Registration Opens
9:00 AM – Breakfast - Kitchen Opens & Bar Opens
10:30 AM – Kitchen Closes (switchover)
11:00 AM – Lunch - Kitchen Opens
2:00 PM – Voting Ballots Due
4:00 PM – Awards Ceremony

All classes will be peer-judged by fellow show participants!
