Ravioli Workshop - Fatto en Casa

Yes we have a workshop going on - first you learn how to mix fresh pasta dough and incorporate the simple ingredients properly!
While our dough rests we make a variety of stuffings and then we roll out our beautiful pasta dough and create our little pockets of deliciousness!
What a fabulous meal to create for your friends and family!
Added bonus: they freeze very well! So come and roll up your sleeves and learn the technique of this universally loved pasta!
