Our next monthly support meeting at RISC is on Monday 13th October 2025 at 7.30pm.
You are warmly invited to join us for a soothing session of gentle guided movement and meditation with Helka Harju from the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland. Together, we’ll create a safe and peaceful space to ease stress, gently lift the mind, and nurture a sense of calm and clarity.
The session also includes the opportunity to receive an optional, complimentary 10-minute Pranic Therapy treatment.
