Kundalini Inspired Yoga, Breath and Frequency

Join Chad and Erica for a one-of-a-kind 90-minute experience that blends breathwork, gentle free-flow kundalini inspired yoga, and frequency work to help reset your body and nervous system.

This class is designed to support deep flexibility through movement while weaving in guided breathwork between sets to help calm and realign the vagus nerve.

Throughout the class, Chad will be scanning everyone and sending each person the specific frequencies their body is asking for.

You’ll not only feel the shifts in real time, but after class, you’ll get a full readout of your scan along with your own custom frequency track to use anytime you need support that is unique only to you.

This is not your average yoga class. It’s breath, movement, and energy, working together the way they’re meant to.
