At next month’s groups we’re going to be talking all about our incredible bodies. Using poetry as a starting point, we’ll explore our relationship with our bodies, how it’s changed since becoming a mum, how we feel about it now, and what we want to celebrate. Then we’ll get creative with our own bit of poetry, writing messages of thanks and appreciation to our bodies ♥️
So join us on Thursday 3rd July at Fairview Community Centre for all of the above, plus lots of chat, laughs and solidarity! Our groups are totally free, and we provide hot drinks, cake and toys for your little ones to play with! Whether you're pregnant, have young children or teens, you are all invited to share our space 🤗
If you’re worried or anxious about attending the group, please drop us a message and we can have a quick chat beforehand. We can meet you at the door on arrival and bring you into the space, to ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
