Full Moon Crystal Meditation~Reiki & Relaxation

Join us for a relaxing meditation including crystals, Reiki, and sound healing frequencies. Time spent in the stillness of this experience can help remove energy blockages, offer clarity and peace, and provide a much-needed reset for the month ahead.

The meditation is held in the 3rd-floor session room, which has steps.

A set of crystals is included in the class price of $15. You can bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort; mats are provided, but you can also bring your own if you prefer.

Please do not reserve a spot and be a no-show; spaces are limited, and this takes away an opportunity for someone else to attend.
