Check-in & Chat: Support Group at RISC
Our next monthly support meeting at RISC is on Monday 11th August 2025 at 7.30pm.

Join us for refreshments and a friendly chat. Share your experiences and listen to others. It's a great chance to pick up tips for coping and get support from peers. There's no pressure - you can join in as much or as little as you choose.
