Bellydance Summer School

Join Helen for three deep-dive sessions into bellydance movement and technique with her popular Belly-Lates format. (No previous experience of Pilates necessary!)

Summer School is aimed at all levels of bellydancer and is a great opportunity to go deeper into they stylization and technique of the dance.

- Do you want to learn the secrets of achieving fluid dancing with seamless transitions between moves?
