Sunset Yoga

Those who have been to the flower farm at sunset know how magical it truly is so unroll your mat and unwind in the golden light of sunset, surrounded by the calming beauty of the flower field. This gentle, rejuvenating yoga class offers a blend of vinyasa flow, deep stretches, focused mobility, and relaxing meditation—designed to nurture both body and mind.

Perfect for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned yogis, this session invites you to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself in a truly restorative setting.

Led by Emily—whose background in exercise science informs her thoughtful approach—you’ll experience a class that ties in her previous knowledge of strength and body mechanics with the stillness and alignment of yoga for an all encompassing flow that includes mobility, strength and flow.

After class, enjoy a tranquil walk among the blooms and gather a hand-picked bouquet to take home—a beautiful reminder of doing something just for you. (Included in the fee)

Please bring a mat and any props you may need (blankets or blocks).
