Rogers International Airfield Memorial Day Fly-In 2025

1. The waiver below is shown for your information only, there is no need to print it out. You will acknowledge the contents of the waiver when purchasing your ticket.
2. Please purchase the ticket option for the amount of people that you plan to have in your party. We're using the honor system here.
3. THIS IS A CASH ONLY EVENT. Lamb Dinner ($40 per person) on Friday and Gene's World Famous Beef Tenderloin Dinner ($60 per person) on Saturday evening. Breakfast and lunch provided free of charge, donations accepted.
4. At this time we are unable to accommodate drive ins as the runway is only accessible by off road vehicles and parking is limited. Please make arrangements to fly in and join us!
5. Parking - upon arrival if you are camping or NOT participating in the STOL competition, expect to park on the south end of the field. Transient aircraft and STOL participants will park near the hangar.

Info: Join us for Lunch at around noon (Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, etc.) free of charge. Donations accepted.

Info: French Rack Lamb, South African style roasted over the fire with salads, rolls, etc

Info: This year we will have music and Karaoke in the hangar, as well as a campfire.

Info: Coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, etc. free of charge. Donations accepted.

Info: Multiple classes of aircraft (light sport, light touring, heavy touring) demonstrating their short field capabilities. If you would like to participate get in touch with Brian Jenkins or Shawn Johnson upon arriving at Rogers. There will be a mandatory pilot briefing before the event.

Info: In the past our auctions have been “silent”. This year, to up the excitement we will be trying something new, with a live auction conducted by world class auctioneer Nacy Stone.
