Prizes awarded for top finishers in the dog-friendly 5k, human only 5k, and CANICROSS divisions.

CANICROSS is a sport that originated in Europe as a cross training method for mushers and their sled dogs. The sport combines cross country running with high energy dogs attached to a bungee on the runners belt. The individual dog or dog team provide runners with extra power to navigate often difficult terrain.
