Join me July 25-26, 2025, in Chamberlain, SD and deepen your practice in a safe, non-judgmental environment while resetting and rebalancing your mind, body and spirit. Our small group retreats allow you to connect with others and yourself in ways that will stay without you throughout your home practice.

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Morning Vinyasa practice
9:15 - 10:30 a.m. - Hiking
11:00 - 12:30 p.m. - Surrender & Empowerment Circle
12:30 - 2:00 p.m. - Lunch and rest
2:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Beach activities
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. - Creative Surrender
5:30 - 7:30 p.m. - Community Meal & Rest
7:30 - 10:30 p.m. - Social and Surrender
