Gentle Yoga Flow with Monique

A 4-week series of yoga classes with Monique Mueller. Class will focus on sun and moon salutes with longer holds towards the end of class; Ayurvedic wisdom to support our bodies in the summer months; breath work for summer. All shapes, sizes and experiences are welcome. Class is capped at 6 participants for a small, cozy experience.
