Winter Salads Cooking Class

Winter salads: this class will focus on how to make the best of seasonal veggies with yummy dressings and good protein (including vegetarian options) - using what you have on hand with a formula rather than a recipe.

By making small changes, have a completely different flavour from one meal to the next. Perfect for meal prep, lunch, dinner and leftovers for work the next day!

Come to Lou's house, watch a relaxed demo with Q&As as we go and have a chat after the demo while you munch (buffet style) on all the salads we've created.

Billies seasonings and select kitchen equipment will be available for purchase on the night - eftpos on site.
