What to Expect
Join fellow Jewish Young Professionals (ages 21–39ish) for a relaxed, end-of-summer Shabbat in the Park. We’ll enjoy good food, great company, and meaningful moments together as we unplug for Shabbat and reconnect with what really matters.
As we gather in nature, we’ll reflect on this week’s Torah portion (Va’etchanan), which includes the Shema — the call to listen deeply, live with purpose, and pass our values forward. Just as the portion encourages love and consistency, our gathering is a chance to bring intention to our Friday night — and enjoy it with friends old and new.
🕰 Evening Schedule:
5:30 PM | Picnic-Style Dinner
Bring your blanket or chair and enjoy a casual meal as the sun begins to set. Vegetarian options available — just note this when registering.
6:15 PM | Communal Shabbat Service
Join us for a spirited, accessible Shabbat service with music and reflections, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the park.
