Ensemble Heroes Workshop

Step into your hero era! Join us at Surprise Farm Retreat Center on Saturday, August 9th for an all-day workshop on how to stop playing small and start showing up for your community. With inspiration from real life and literature, we will learn how ensemble heroes operate to contribute to their community and catalyze heroism in others, roleplaying situations in which heroism is called for, learning how we can proactively support those around us and prepare for crises, and using calming practices such as yoga and meditation to remain centered and nonreactive.
