FREE 50-minute classes every Wednesday at 10 a.m. Provided by Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga (youcallthisyoga.org)

Chair Yoga: First and Third Wednesdays. Chairs will be provided!
Mat Yoga: Second and Fourth Wednesdays.

Please bring your own mat if you have one! If you don’t, we have extras.
