Metal Yoga: The Crow

For our September yoga session on 9/14 at 11am, we will be flowing to THE CROW soundtrack 🐦‍⬛ 🐦‍⬛ 🐦‍⬛

Throughout class, we will break down different crow pose variations step by step, with a variety of warm up drills to adequately prepare us to take flight! Class is always for all-levels of experience with plenty of options for everyone 🍂

Complimentary coffee included in your ticket purchase ($5 value). Please bring a mat, or DM @liannalee_yoga if you need to rent one. Sign up in advance as space is limited!
