Ah - focaccia! Who does not love this light yet chewy bread infused with delicious olive oil? Learn how to make focaccia and elevate it into a personalized veggie and herb topped masterpiece! You will work individually in a fun, hands-on environment led by Jon McDonald, our Bread Bakery Manager, who will teach you techniques for mixing, forming, topping, and baking. Enjoy fresh baked focaccia during the class as well as take home your own decorated, ready-to-bake topped masterpiece to share with family and friends!
