Rakvere hommikuveeremise viies hooaeg

Parim viis oma päeva alustada on teha enne tööpäeva väike liigutamine. Kõik ju õhtusel ajal rattaga sõita ei saa.
Varajane füüsiline tegutsemine annab päevaks energiat ja paneb tööle jõudmise ajaks juba pea tööle.
Alustame kell 6.30 Rakvere Aqva Spa parklast. Sõidame maksimaalselt 1,5 tundi korraga ja kiirus jääb mõnusalt 25-30 km/h kanti vastavalt enamuse soovile. Sõidame mööda maanteed või kergliiklusteed.
Vihmase ilmaga ei sõida ja sõltumata ilmast on kõikidel osalejatel range kohustus kanda kiivrit.

Sellel aastal ootab meid sööma Päts kohvik. Hommikukombo: puder/omlett+kohv= 6 €
