Sound Bowl & Art

The Complete Experience and Aura de Oro are back with another sound bowl and art! We’re going to start off with a sound bowl meditation and then head onto painting our community banner with acrylic paints.

We will provide all supplies. We just ask that you wear something comfortable and/or clothes you’re willing to paint in. Come zen out, get creative, and meet new people ❤️
