This exclusive event will showcase a bespoke menu crafted by award-winning Chef Letizia Vella, known for her innovative take on Mediterranean cuisine. Each dish will be carefully paired with premium wines from the iconic Pio Cesare estate in Piemonte, Italy — a historic winery celebrated for its Barolo, Barbaresco, and other noble varietals.
Adding to the evening's exclusivity, we are honoured to welcome Federica Boffa, who leads the fifth generation of the Pio Cesare family.
