Elevated Experiences invites you into a conscious space where intentional movement, mindful breath, and plant medicine come together to deepen embodiment and presence. This is a slow, sensory-rich offering for those seeking connection to self, others, and the natural world. All held in a supportive, elevated container.

Arrival & Intention Setting

We begin the experience by cultivating a welcoming, grounded atmosphere:

Environment:

• Ambient music, cozy lighting, and warm atmosphere

Check-In:

• 21+ only - valid ID required
• Waiver signing + warm welcome
• Herbal teas and non-psychoactive beverages available for grounding as well

A guest employee/Vendor will join to introduce recommended strains, terpene profiles, and responsible consumption tips.

The Practice

We guide a slow, nourishing movement and meditation practice that invites you into deep presence and somatic exploration.

Expect:

• Gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system
• Seated, supine, and foundational standing movements for softening and grounding
• Focus on sensation, slowness, and inner listening
• An extended integration/rest phase with guided meditation and sound bath

Soundscape:

Live instruments (e.g., singing bowls, chimes) and ambient music support the nervous system and internal flow.

Integration & Connection

After practice, we offer spacious time to ground, connect, and integrate:

• Closing breath or reflection circle
• Optional journaling prompts or open conversation
• Tickets for $5 off any product and Merch bags with be provided by our dispensary partner.
