ECFC Registration

Who: Parents/Guardians of a 3 to 5 year old child that has been screened and accepted into one of ECFC’s programs.

*Children do not need to be present at registration.

Documents to Bring:
-Birth Certificate
-2 Forms of Income Verification
-Proof of Residency in Quincy, IL
-Up to Date Immunization Record
-Physical

Failure to have all documents on file delays your child’s enrollment.

What:
-Complete Skyward Registration. This is different than Screening paperwork.
- Sign up for QPS Transportation: Children not registered by 7 PM on August 4th means parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from school until September 2nd.
- Sign up for Meet the Teacher Appointment. Dates are limited to August 13-15. This must be completed by the parent/guardian, the child and teacher prior attending the first day of school. Appointments will not be made over the phone.
