Learning Session 2: SEAMEO Member Country Updates: School Leadership in Southeast Asia

This session brings together experts and practitioners across the region to exchange insights, innovations, and lessons learned in principal selection, preparation, and development. It contributes to the broader goal of improving school leadership systems that are responsive to the evolving needs of learners and schools in the 21st century.

Bringing in perspectives from Southeast Asian neighbors, this learning session will surface shared challenges and promising practices that inform both national and regional efforts in school leadership development. Such perspectives are meant to generate reliable information and updates straight from the Ministries of Education and will shape the recommendations and ways forward in passionate, committed and outcomes-driven school heads in Southeast Asia.
