SOLD OUT Taste of Mexico: Presented by Barkerville Brewing and the Wells Hotel

What do you get when one best friend runs a brewery, one runs a restaurant, and they decide to combine their talents into one special evening? A culinary collaboration that is sure to rock your Sunday!

Taste of Mexico is a unique food pop-up event featuring a six-part food tasting menu prepared by the Wells Hotel along with a six-part beer pairing curated by Barkerville Brewing (non-alcoholic options also available).

The Menu:
* Hors d’ouevre: ceviche in endive
* Soup: pozole rojo
* Appetizer: beef tostada
* Salad: esquites
* Main: grilled pork with rice and black bean mole
* Dessert: tres leches cake

*IMPORTANT* this is a set menu event. Substitutions and alternatives to the food menu will not be available.

When: Sunday, April 27th starting at 6:00 pm
Where: Barkerville Brewing, 185 Davie Street, Quesnel, BC
What's Included: Six food courses with drink pairings
The Price: $60 per person

Due to the advanced planning required to prepare for the event, tickets may not be available at the door.
