2RK summer smash fit

A 5 week 45min/each non contact boxing bag fitness class, learn to throw a punch or come put that old training back to good use.
And get a heavy sweat on to start your day.
Don’t worry there’s no skipping in this class 😉

Days: every Tuesday and Thursday of July
Time: 6-6:45am
Equipment needed: indoor shoes, handwraps, any other boxing equipment you have at home. (Gloves can be borrowed)
Who can join: anyone
