Sky Farm LIC is a rooftop educational farm run by the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens. 2025 is our second season, and we're thrilled to be expanding our community outreach to community volunteer days!
Join us for a series of days over the summer and fall to help us improve and maintain our beautiful space! From painting and making art to weeding, harvesting, landscaping and more, there's always tasks we could use help with around here. Sign up to join us for a day of work, laughter, and delicious farm fresh snacks.
*All volunteers MUST sign our Volunteer Release Waiver form, provided at the start of each volunteer day.
*Volunteer Days are highly physical and involve manual labor outdoors in all weather. Please be prepared to be active in outdoor spaces in all weather. Wear appropriate outdoor clothing you are comfortable working in and getting dirty.
