Flood Solutions Fair

Join us at the Flood Solutions Fair at Sunnyside Community Services in Western Queens.
This 2 hour free event is designed to help get your flooding questions answered by experts who can discuss your specific situation (every situation is different). You can speak to many experts in one room, ask questions about your apartment, building, or small business. Stay to hear community leaders discuss city strategies. Know what you can do and what the city is doing. Flooding is not fun, but discussing solutions can be.

• Free event, come for 15 min or 2 hours
• Many tables set up for plumbing, masonry, lansdcape, insurance, legal, etc.
• Browse and talk to experts who help people with flooding needs
• Ask questions about your situation: from basement to broader community
• Local leaders on hand to help with resources and questions

• Near the table, we will have two seperate discussion panels
• Will include local elected leaders, trades people, policy experts, and residents
• Sharing ways flooding is being addressed in community and policies / projects
• Opportunity to hear the bigger picture and ask questions
