This month we’ll explore common mental health experiences in the postpartum period, share stories, and offer simple mindfulness tools to help you feel grounded and less alone. Whether you're navigating baby blues, big transitions, or just trying to catch your breath, you are welcome here. Babies and children are always welcome, and child supervision is available during sessions.
