About the event

Looking for a gentle and soothing way to improve flexibility?
Looking for a gentle and soothing way to improve flexibility, recharge your energy, and let go of stress through mindful movement?

🌿 Come and experience the calming flow of Tai Chi and Qigong – time-honored practices that help quiet the mind and nourish the body.
Through slow, meditative movements, you’ll release emotional tension, build strength in your spine and core, and sink into a deep sense of relaxation.

Our classes focus on gentle movements that support overall well-being.

With regular practice, you may experience improved mood, better posture and balance, increased flexibility, enhanced digestion, deeper sleep, and many other benefits.
Our programs can be done either standing or seated, making them accessible to all. These mindful movements bring fresh energy into our environment and our bodies—helping us prepare mentally, physically, and spiritually for whatever lies ahead.
They offer a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with balance, harmony, and the natural rhythm of life.

🌿 Join us to practice Tai Chi and Qigong—and discover a renewed sense of well-being in your daily life.

Everyone is welcome in our warm and friendly group – whether you're just starting out or continuing your journey.

These classes are open to all ages and levels of experience 14+.

* Program - Qigong / Tai chi for beginner
We learn in Term1 - Yi Jin Jing. The movements require a full range of stretching, bending, flexing, and twisting in multi-directional and wide-ranging motions of the bones and related joints. As the bones are flexed, the muscle groups, tendons, and ligaments are also stretched. This improves blood circulation, nutrition supersession in the soft tissues of the motion-related areas, increases the flexibility and pliability of such soft tissues like muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and enhances the mobility of the bones, joints, and muscles.

Regular information:
* Day - Wednesdays
* Time - 9:45am

Come and enjoy our group Tai chi / QiGong class for the powerful healing effects and also the social contact. All people are very welcome to join the group.
Bring your friend and enjoy together.
