FAMILY FRIENDLY Usually, children over the age of 8 are
able to participate and enjoy a class like this. If you have
questions or would like to discuss your particular situation,
please contact Ashley Brown.
BEGINNERS WELCOME Zumba can be modified for any
age or fitness level! This class will be family and beginner
friendly, so the first 10-15 minutes of each class will include
a period of instruction for people who are new to Zumba
or want to modify intensity levels to fit their needs.
