Orey Eyed w/ S5AM

Orey Eyed is the alias of South Korean-born, Sydney-based independent musician and artist Jaehyun Kim. His music, centred around the idea of capturing and amplifying internal dialogues and fleeting emotions, comes across as grand and ethereal yet intimate and tastefully imperfect. Putting emphasis on the independence and autonomy of music making, he is planning to continue interacting with fellow local talents and music lovers to help craft a safe space for expression and experimentation.

S5AM (the five is silent) is an indie pop artist from Sydney, writing music in their bedroom at 2AM. Taking from their experience growing up queer and singing in cathedrals at the age of 7, S5AM creates a sonic collage of music that aims to bring light to the wonderfully unwonderful experience that we call life.

Entry is FREE and the bar is open from 5:30pm.
