Serenity Sound Bath

This month our focus is on balancing the Throat Chakra.
The Throat Chakra is located at the center of the throat and balances speech, communication, expression, truth, and purpose.
Affects: Your ability to speak up, to tell your truth, to be expressive and confident with your words, thoughts, ideas, and emotions.
If you're out of balance, it may manifest in the following ways.
Over Stimulated: Brash and pushy, loud, bossy, overconfident, demanding, boastful,
hostile communication.
Understimulated: Finding it hard to ask for what you really want, shyness, unable to
communicate information effectively, lies or tells untruths, and secrecy. Feels like no one
values your opinions and you have nothing to say. Quiet, and a follower of other
people's views.
Physical Issues.
Sore throat, TMJ, swollen glands, neck problems, chronic sinus problems,
chronic childhood tonsillitis, throat problems, Thyroid, and/or any disorder that affects the
throat, voice, mouth, teeth, gums, and ears. Asthma, hearing problems/infections,
bronchitis, upper digestive tract.
