Non Violent Communication

Through the lens of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), we will explore:
• Meeting our judgments with curiosity
• Feeling into our pain with compassion
• Listening to those we struggle with
• Sitting with our fears without turning away

In community, we strengthen our capacity to show up — for ourselves, for each other, and for the world — with presence and empathy.

All are welcome — no previous NVC experience required. Just bring your humanity.
