#MovePuyallup - FREE Outdoor Fitness Classes

Stay active and connect with your community this summer! Move Puyallup offers FREE weekly fitness and wellness sessions for all ages and abilities at Pioneer Park. Join us for a mix of strength training, mobility, dance, yoga and Tai Chi - let by expert instructors. No need to pre-register, just show up!

*Mondays - 6PM - Strength, Mobility & Barre (Presented by Wolfheart Fit Co.)

*Tuesdays - 9AM - Zumba Gold
*Tuesdays - 6:30PM - Yoga (Presented by PRANA Hot Yoga and Body Sculpt)

*Wednesdays - 6PM - Strength, Mobility & Barre (Presented by Wolfheart Fit Co.)

*Thursdays - 9AM - Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi)
